With a powerful reputation as a dynamic leader, compassionate collaborator and determined problem solver, she also served on numerous boards. Today, Tina is flexing her creative muscles as a talented interior designer, photographer, and art enthusiast. A mother of three, Tina unwinds by traveling, attending concerts, spending time in nature, and playing Mahjong.

Olivia Henry Harris, Equipt Women Founding Member, is a Detroit native who graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Nonprofit and Public Administration, has earned an Applied Project Management certification from the University of California Irvine, and is currently pursuing her Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) certification. She has a passion for youth leadership and development, community outreach, and has a proven track record of project and program management. Olivia enjoys traveling, binge-watching tv and movies, and exploring the outdoors. She is happily a newlywed to her husband Ryan and pet mom to her Yorkie Prescott.
