Our signature program is a live, online learning experience focused on self-leadership for early-to-mid career women.
Organizations that invest in their female talent have a workforce that’s more engaged, satisfied and motivated to stay while differentiating themselves from competitors when vying for the best talent.
Registration is currently open to private cohorts of 20 participants or more. Momentum can be contextualized to company values, strategic priorities, and regions and additional content modules can be created upon request.

Who it’s for
Aspiring professional women who want more out of work and life but are unsure how to get it. They may feel stuck, overlooked or eager for more development to advance. They need a psychologically safe place to connect, learn, share and grow. They want live interactive learning experiences with a diverse peer group and personal connections from a small cohort. They like the idea of an 8-week immersive experience to quickly gain new insights that fuel clarity, self-confidence and a game plan for personal and professional success.
Other considerations for a good fit:
- Women below the director level in the first 10 years of their careers
- Emerging leaders who want to stretch
- Independent contributors who want to have more impact
- Women navigating a male-dominated culture or team
- Women of color who want more empathy, connection, and coaching
- New managers who need support, insight and coaching
How it works
The program includes three core components: Concept Sessions, Empower Hours, and Pod Huddles.
Eight live Concept Sessions are held on Zoom, led by expert instructors and supported by a dedicated cohort leader. Each instructor is an ICF-certified coach with extensive training in experience design for online learning. These sessions are 90 minutes and highly interactive with recordings available within 24 hours after the session. Top business leaders developed the curriculum to address the leaky leadership pipeline faced by most organizations and vetted by dozens of business leaders, HR professionals, and hundreds of participants.
Each module has been designed by applying principles from the Dramatic Arc Model and the Scaling Intimacy School of Experience Design. Each week is built on the previous, using Equipt’s four-part experiential learning model: Learn > Reflect > Connect > Apply.
1. Concept SessionsSM
Participants will experience each of these 8 learning modules, that build upon each other and culminate with a personalized action plan. They will:
SHIFT
Identify the shift they want to see in their career and life and take a step towards making it.
VALUES
Discover the core values for their career and life and how to put them into action.
STRENGTHS
Learn what a strength is (and isn’t), how to discover their strengths, and why they matter.
MINDSET
Learn what distinguishes a growth mindset from a fixed mindset, plus how to cultivate a growth mindset and use it to achieve their goals.
FEEDBACK
Learn how to seek feedback quickly and skillfully and build relationships while they do it.
MONEY
Learn the components of total compensation (hint: it’s more than just salary and bonus) and how to get smarter about their compensation package.
VISION
Create a vision for what they really want in their career and life and explore why it matters to them.
GAME PLAN
Create a game plan for the vision they aspire to.
Beyond just understanding new ideas, participants will begin to embody new ways of being.
2. Empower Hours
Four live Empower Hours include Q&A, role-playing and spot coaching. Lightly facilitated and always unique, these intimate sessions are powered by participants’ burning questions and specific needs. All Empower Hours are 60 minutes and include guest executives for external perspectives, learning and coaching.
3. Pod Huddles
Participants are matched in small groups of 2-4 people for peer connection, sharing and relationship development. These sessions are self-led (with guidance from Equipt). There are 4 Pod Huddles, each typically 60 minutes.
The time commitment
8 weeks, approximately 2 hours each week.
Attending all live sessions is strongly encouraged to maximize the program’s benefits.
