Kelly Mooney founded Equipt Women to help aspiring women overcome systemic challenges and rise into roles of influence, leadership, and impact. She spent over two decades leading the nation’s largest independent digital agency, guiding Fortune 500 clients through digital transformation. She has authored two additional books, created Get Equipt, a weekly email newsletter, and serves on the boards of public and private companies. She and her husband live in Santa Barbara, California, and have two thriving adult children and one spoiled Yorkie.
Katy Mooney is the cofounder and chief learning officer of Equipt Women. A performance coach and professional development expert, she’s taught thousands of professionals at leading companies in Silicon Valley and beyond. Her career spans law, brand strategy, marketing leadership, entrepreneurship, and coaching—giving her a unique perspective on how to shape a career and life you love. She and her husband live in Santa Barbara, California, with their adorable dog, Sunny.
