Meet Kelly Mooney

As the Founder of Equipt Women, Kelly wanted to create a modern career platform to offer young women the honest advice, smart strategies, and real support she wishes she’d had early on. Having led companies, built brands, written two books, and sat at major tables, Kelly now focuses on helping women build careers that truly work for them. Before launching Equipt Women, Kelly was the CEO and co-owner of Resource/Ammirati, the largest women-owned digital agency in the country, which she and her business partner sold to IBM. Featured on major platforms like CBS, CNN, and Fast Company, she also serves on several boards. But don’t let the resume fool you – she’s the type of person who’ll tell you exactly how she negotiated her first raise, what she would’ve done differently, and how to ask for more. Equipt Women is her way of exposing the system, rewriting the rules and putting real power in women’s hands.

Meet Katy Mooney

Katy Mooney is the Co-Founder and Chief Learning Officer of Equipt Women, and the kind of coach who knows how to get people unstuck – and moving torward with purpose. She started her career as an attorney, where she honed the sharp thinking and strategic communication skills that now make her a sought-after performance coach and leadership instructor. Over the years, she’s worked with everyone from fast-moving startups to global companies like Walmart, Lululemon, Banana Republic, and Urban Remedy. At Facebook, she partnered with the Learning & Development team to teach hundreds of classes and support thousands of professionals – helping each one become more effective, intentional, and fulfilled at work. Katy’s superpower is turning insights into action. At Equipt Women, she’s building playbooks, teaching masterclasses, and ensuring women aren’t just inspired – but equipt to lead, earn more, and thrive.
